Rules for returning and exchanging goods
Return period:
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a product of proper quality that did not suit the buyer can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Non-returnable goods:
• Products made individually to order (custom factory items)
• Curtains
• Photo wallpapers
• Automatic curtain rods
• Sun protection products (roller blinds, jalousie, Roman blinds, pleated blinds, day-night blinds)
• Goods sold by the meter
• Fabrics
• Curtain rods
• Roller blinds
• Home textiles
• Textile wallpapers
• Photo printing in individual sizes
When manufacturing wallpapers, the batch number may change, so returns are only possible after confirming the availability of the matching batch in stock.
Return conditions:
• The product must retain its marketable appearance
• Packaging must be intact
• Full set of components must be preserved
• The 14-day period from the shipment date must be observed
• A return declaration must be issued
Return procedure:
1. Fill out the return form (link to the form)
2. Send it to the company’s e-mail office@vashinterier.ua along with proof of purchase
Delivery options:
• Send by mail without cash on delivery and pay for shipping (Nova Poshta 1, Lviv, Oksana Ivasiv, 0676202049)
• Deliver in person to the store (Lviv, 36/5 Shchyretska St.)
If the return is for personal reasons — delivery is paid by the buyer.
If the return is due to a store error or defect — delivery is paid by “Vash Interier” company.
Refunds: After receiving the goods and confirming they meet the return conditions, the funds are returned within 5–7 business days.
Refund methods:
• To a bank card
• In cash at the store (if paid in cash)
